2.2 Incorrect Product Delivered
If you receive a product that is different from what you ordered (wrong item, wrong size, or wrong variant), you are eligible for a return or exchange.

2.3 Change of Mind
If you change your mind after receiving the product, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.
The product must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all tags and labels intact.
Return shipping charges for change-of-mind returns are borne by the customer.
2.4 Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged:
Opened or used skincare and beauty products
Products with broken seals or missing packaging
Personal care items that have come into contact with skin or body
Gift cards and promotional vouchers
Clearance or final sale items (marked as non-returnable)
3. How to Initiate a Return
Follow these simple steps to return a product:

Provide Details: Share your order number, product name, reason for return, and photos (if applicable).
Approval: Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 hours.
Return Shipping: Once approved, we will provide return shipping instructions. For damaged/defective/incorrect items, we will arrange reverse pickup. For change-of-mind returns, you will need to ship the product back to us.
Inspection: After receiving the returned product, we will inspect it within 2–3 business days.
Refund/Exchange: Upon successful inspection, we will process your refund or ship the replacement.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Refund Methods
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI or bank transfer after verifying your bank details.
4.2 Refund Timeline
Refund processing time: 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
Bank/UPI processing time: Additional 3–5 business days depending on your bank.
Total estimated refund time: 10–15 business days from the date of return approval.
4.3 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may be issued in the following cases:
Product is returned in a condition different from how it was delivered (missing parts, damaged packaging, etc.).
Product shows signs of use or wear.
Return request is made after the eligible window but within a reasonable time frame.
5. Exchange Policy
We offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect products.
Exchanges are subject to product availability. If the desired product is out of stock, we will issue a refund instead.
For size or variant exchanges, the product must be unused and in original condition.
6. Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment: You can cancel your order before it is shipped. A full refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.
After Shipment: Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. You may initiate a return after delivery as per this policy.
